Decision

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which Will be to implement No Waiting at any Time and during school term times: No Waiting 8am-9am and 2.30pm-3.30pm between the months of 1st September and 31st July (Excluding Bank Holidays) as outlined in the below schedule:

West (i) Between a point 4 metres south of its junction with
Ballantyne Road and a point 11 metres south of that
junction.
(ii) Between its junction with Chaucer Road and a point 5
metres south of that junction.
East (i) Between its junction with Ballantyne Road and a point 11 metres south thereof.
(ii) Between its junction with Chaucer Road and a point 5
metres south of that junction.

Between a point 35 metres south of its junction with
Mayfield Road and a point 62 metres south-east of that
junction.
