That the County Council files an amended Statement of Facts and Grounds and serves these with the legal proceedings, which were filed protectively on 11 June 2026 and which have been amended because of delays in issuing by the Court, in order to formally challenge the Secretary of State’s decision of 11 March 2026 to move forward with the implementation of a five unitary authority proposal for local government reorganisation in the Hampshire and the Solent area.
