Decision

1. That the Director of Universal Services gives authority for the establishment of a Community-Led Transport Grant Fund of up to £150,000 of 2026/27 and up to £150,000 of 2027/28 of Bus Grant (BSIP) capital funding and up to £300,000 of 2026/27 and up to £300,000 of 2027/28 of Bus Grant (BSIP) revenue funding from the Community Self-help Innovation allocation.
   
   2. That the Director of Universal Services gives authority for the establishment of a Rural Bus Shelter Grant Fund of up to £300,000 of 2026/27 and up to £300,000 of 2027/28 of Bus Grant (BSIP) from the Rural Bus Shelter Fund
   allocation.
   
   3. That the Director of Universal Services gives authority for the establishment of an Independent Travel Training Grant Fund of up to £70,000 of 2026/27 and up to £70,000 of 2027/28 of Bus Grant (BSIP) revenue funding from the
   Community Self-help Innovation allocation.
   
   4. That the Director of Universal Services gives approval for the award of grants and to enter into grant agreements (in consultation with the Head of Legal Services) up to a maximum of the overall funding allocation, in
   accordance with the principles set out in the report.
