That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to introduce a 40 miles per hour on B3400 London Road between a point 261 metres south-west of its junction with U352 Wootton St Lawrence Road and a point 30 metres east of its junction with Oakley Lodge.
