That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to revoke and re-enact the “(Lynchford Road / Old Lynchford Road (Old Section) Farnborough) (One Way Traffic and Prohibition of Right-Turns) Order 2023” with no changes save for the exemption of pedal cycles from the one-way traffic aspect of the order.
