Decision

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to:
(i) impose a 30mph speed limit on Hawthorn Road between its junction with Alton Lane/Kitwood Road and a point 180 metres east thereof.
(ii) impose a 50mph speed limit on Hawthorn Road between a point 180 metres east of its junction with Alton Lane/Kitwood Road and a point 880 metres east of that point.
(iii) impose a 50mph speed limit on Willis Lane between its junction with Hawthorn Road and a point 15 metres north of that point.
