Decision

That the Director of People and Organisation exercise the delegation provided by the Executive Member for Hampshire 2050 and Corporate Services at its meeting of 22 January 2026 (and in consultation with the Executive Member for Corporate Services, the Director of Corporate Operations, and the Deputy Director Legal Services and Monitoring Officer) approve the selection of the preferred purchaser and to conclude the sale including any adjustments to price that may be required on the basis set out in the report, subject to Department for Education S77 consent.
