Decision

1. 1 That the Director of People and Organisation exercises the delegation provided by the Executive Member for Hampshire 2050 and Corporate Services in October 2025 (and in consultation with the Executive Member for Corporate Services, the Director of Corporate Operations and Deputy Director Legal Services and Monitoring Officer) to approve the selection of the preferred purchaser and to conclude the sale on the basis set out in paragraphs 15-28 in the report.
   
   1.2 That the Director of People and Organisation exercises the delegation provided by a report to the Executive Member for Hampshire 2050 and Corporate Services to negotiate and enter into any planning agreement(s) and/or any other agreements as may be reasonably required for the purchaser to secure a planning consent and to conclude the sale.
