Decision

That the Director of Universal Services gives authority to spend and enter into contractual arrangements (in consultation with Legal Services) for local bus Service 4 in Basingstoke, as set out in the supporting report, to commence from 1 September 2026 for a period of four years, with the option to extend for a further one year at a total cost of up to £1.6m funded from a combination of Local Bus Budget, Other Local Authority budget and Local Authority Bus Grant.
