1.1 That the Countryside Strategic Manager
gives the authority for the following changes to the rights of way
network in the Parish of Candovers:
• An Order to be made under Section 119 of the Highways Act
1980, to divert parts of Restricted Byway 703 and 12 as shown on
the plan Points A-F-D and A-B-C-D (Plan A) and a small section of
Restricted Byway 703 Point M-N and O-N (Plan A) in the Parish of
Candovers
• An Order to be made under Section 118 of the Highways Act
1980, to extinguish Restricted Byway 708 and part of 703 in the
Parish of Candovers as shown on the plan Points E-F (Plan B) and
Points H-I-J (Plan B).
• Authority to enter into a creation agreement for the
dedication of two new restricted byways under Section 25 of the
Highways Act 1980, as shown on the plan Points G-H and (Plan C 1 of
2) and P-Q-R-S (Plan C 2 of 2).
• Authority to enter into a creation agreement to upgrade part
of Bridleway 704 and all of 702 to restricted byway status, as
shown on the plan H-J and J-K-LM (Plan C 1 of 2).
