That the authority is given for the making of
an order under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 to divert part
of Fareham Footpath 86, and part of Wickham Footpath 23b (the
making of the order will also necessitate extending a small section
of Wickham Footpath 15 to connect with the proposed route and
extinguishing a small section of Fareham Footpath 88 to provide
continuity)
