That the Director of Adults’ Health and
Care in consultation with the Executive Lead Member for Adult
Social Care and Public Health provides approval to:
a)withdraw from the joint contract for ISVA services from the 1
April 2025 (the end of the initial term for this contract)
b)terminate the funding agreement with the Office for the Police
and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for ISVA services from 1 April
2025
c)Cease funding for Sexual Crime Therapeutic Services (formally
known as Rape and Sexual Assault Counselling (RASAC) services) from
1 April 2025
