Purpose

To consider a report of the Director of
Hampshire 2050 regarding declaring as surplus and seeking approval
to the disposal strategy for the County Council owned site north of
the A27 St Margaret’s Roundabout in Fareham, having regard to
the options analysis provided in the report.
