That the application should be accepted, and
authority given, for the making of a Definitive Map Modification
Order, to record a restricted byway with a width varying between 4
metres and 13 metres (as shown on historic mapping), between Points
A and E on the attached plan (Appendix 1), as a consequence of the
occurrence of events specified in section 53(3)(c)(i) and (ii) of
the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.
That the Order be confirmed as an unopposed Order if no objections
or representations are received; or, if objections or
representations to the Order are received, that the Order be
submitted to the Secretary of State with a request that it is
confirmed, subject to any additional evidence that comes to light
as a result of this process.
