That an experimental traffic regulation order
(ETRO) be implemented under sections 9 and 10 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to will
for an experimental period of 18 months cause traffic to travel in
a southerly direction in that length of B3049 Clifton Terrace
between its junction with U374 Clifton Hill and its junction with
B3040 Romsey Road and will prohibit motor vehicles from making
right or left turn manoeuvres as specified in the schedule
below:
Schedule :
(i) B3040 Romsey Road, left or right into B3049 Clifton
Terrace
(ii) B3049 Clifton Terrace, left into B3040 Romsey Road
(iii) B3049 Clifton Terrace, left or right into U374 Clifton
