That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to prohibit motor vehicles from that length of Middle Brook
Street, Winchester between its junction with B3331 Friarsgate and
its junction with Silver Hill, an approximate distance of 101
metres – exemptions will be in place for pedal cycles, market
stall holders on market days (at the times specified in the order),
security carriers and any vehicle displaying a valid permit.
