That the Director of Adults’ Health and
Care approves a total spend of up to £775,000 for a period of
5 years as set out in this report which includes:
•spend of up to £625,000 (£125,000 a year) funded
by Public Health in relation to the delivery of a Hitting the Cold
Spots contract.
•Spend of up to £150,000 (£30,000 a year) from the
Local Assistance Support fund to support Practical Measures.
