That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to introduce a prohibition of driving along the length of Old
Stem Lane between its junction with Stem Lane and Bashley Cross
Road (not including the length of Crematorium Road which bisects
Old Stem Lane).
