That the additional uplifts and non-recurring
payments outlined in the exempt report are approved and implemented
from 10 April 2023 or later date as indicated.

That funding equal to the cost of the uplifts is correspondingly
added to the Adults’ Health and Care budget on a recurrent
basis from 2023/24.
