That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to make permanent the provisions of the ORDER which were, for an experimental period of time, to introduce a Car Club permitting scheme on Union Yard in Aldershot as shown in the following schedules:
