Decision

1. 1 That the Director of People and Organisation, in consultation with the Executive Member for Corporate Services, exercise the delegation secured at the decision day of 14 March 2024 to confirm that Oakleigh Family Centre, 200 Dunsbury Way, Havant, PO9 5BG is surplus to Hampshire County Council requirements.
   
   1.2 That the Director of People and Organisation, in consultation with the Executive Member for Corporate Services, exercise the delegation secured at the decision day of 14 March 2024 authorise the sale of Oakleigh Family Centre, 200 Dunsbury Way, Havant, PO9 5BG on the basis set out in the exempt report.
