That, following a further review of all evidence in respect of Definitive Map Modification Order (DMMO) 1156, the decisions, made on 6 January 2022 and 2 November 2023, are partially rescinded. 2. That no Order is made in respect of DMMO Application 1156. This application, which is now refused, sought to record a public Bridleway from B3048 Longparish Road to U60 Old Micheldever Road in the parishes of Longparish and Wherwell. 3. That the decision made on the above referenced dates in relation to DMMO 1236 (Parish of Barton Stacey) remains largely unchanged: the authorisation still stands for making a DMMO to record a public bridleway between Bridleway 12 and Restricted Byway 8/U54 Newton Stacey Lane. It is noted that this Order will be made and advertised in due course. The width of this route should be recorded as a variable width between 9 and 14 metres, instead of the 8 metre width granted in the earlier decision.
