Purpose

To secure approval to the draft Manydown Development Vehicle LLP (MDV) 2026/27 to 2027/28 Business Plan and Budget. Also recommends the basis on which the County Council being a member of Manydown Garden Communities LLP (MGC) which is a member of MDV is prepared to contribute towards the proposed expenditure set out in the Plan.
