To consider a report of the Director of Universal Services seeking approval to respond to Motorsport UK’s consultation with Hampshire County Council as the local highway authority following an application by Farnborough District Motor Club Limited for an Event Organising Permit to organise and promote a Special Stage Rally on closed roads in Hampshire.
