Decision

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to amend “The Hampshire (Various Roads, Winchester) (Parking Places and Restriction of Waiting (Controlled Zone) Consolidation Order 2010” as follows:
(i) Remove the following item from Schedule 1 Part V: Disabled Permit Holders Only All Days: Market Lane - North Side – Between a point 57.2 metres west of its junction with Colebrook Street and a point 92.5 metres west of that junction.
(ii) Remove the following items from Schedule 1 Part XIV: Goods Vehicles Only: Market Lane – North Side – Between a point 32.0 metres west of its junction with Colebrook Street and a point 57.2 metres west of that junction
Market Lane – North Side - Between a point 92.5 metres west of its junction with Colebrook Street and a point 101.6 metres west of that junction.
(iii) Insert the following item into Schedule 1 Part V: Disabled Permit Holders Only All Days: Market Lane – North Side - Between a point 78.8 metres west of its junction with Colebrook Street and a point 101.6 metres
west of that junction.
(iv) Insert the following item into Schedule 1 Part XIV: Goods Vehicles Only: Market Lane – North Side - Between a point 45.2 metres west of its junction with Colebrook Street and a point 78.8 metres west of that junction.
(v) Insert the Following Item into a new Schedule 1 Part L: 10am – 6pm Disabled Badge Holders Only and 6pm – 10am Goods Vehicle Loading Only: Market Lane – North Side - Between a point 32 metres west of its junction with Colebrook Street and a point 45.2 metres west of that junction.
