1. That further to the delegated authority approved at the 30 July Decision Day, the Director of Children’s Services, in consultation with the Executive Lead Member for Children’s Services, approves the recommendation for an additional Short Breaks grant totalling £3,315 to be awarded to holiday club activity provider Castle Early Birds.
1.2. An additional award of £3,315 is recommended, to support 26 additional spaces during the summer holidays.
