To approve spend of £500,000 of 2026/27 Local Authority Bus Grant (BSIP) capital funding and £100,000 of 2027/28 Local Authority Bus Grant (BSIP) capital funding on improving and updating bus stop infrastructure at bus stations, and bus interchange hubs at various locations across Hampshire as detailed within the supporting report and enter into necessary contractual arrangements with suppliers to deliver these improvements. 2. To approve spend of £350,000 of 2026/27 Local Authority Bus Grant (BSIP) capital funding on measures to facilitate easier bus/rail interchange at or in the vicinity of railway stations at various locations in Hampshire as detailed within the supporting report and enter into necessary contractual arrangements with suppliers to deliver these improvements. 3. To delegate authority to the Passenger Transport Manager to make minor changes to the programme of expenditure as set out in the supporting report where operational delivery barriers may arise.
