Decision

That the Director of People and Organisation (in consultation with the Executive Member for Corporate Services and the Director of Corporate Operations) exercises the delegation provided by the Executive Member for Corporate Services on 5th March 2026 to approve the selection of the preferred purchaser and to conclude the sale including any adjustment on price on the basis set out in paragraph 28 of the report.
