Decision

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to:
(i) designate B2149 Dell Piece East between its roundabout junction with B2149 Havant Road and a point 130 metres west of that junction (previously national speed limit) as a Restricted Road (30mph).
(ii) implement a 30mph speed limit on B2149 Havant Road between a point 55 metres north of its roundabout junction with B2149 Dell Piece East and a point 17 metres south of its junction with Pyle Lane, an approximate distance of 536 metres (previously national speed limit).
(iii) implement a 40mph speed limit B2149 Havant Road between a point 17 metres south of its junction with Pyle Lane and a point 320 metres south of that point (previously national speed limit).
