Purpose

The purpose of this report is to seek approval for the proposed replacement and realignment of sea defences at the Victoria Road entrance to Royal Victoria Country Park, Netley, together with the necessary funding and authority to implement the scheme, subject to securing all required environmental and statutory consents and approval of the Capital Programme.
