Purpose

To consider a report of the Director of
Universal Services regarding the outcome of the marketing of
Horndean Library, following the decision made by the Executive
Member for Recreation & Heritage on 28 July 2020 to close the
library as part of the approved Libraries Transformation Programme
which intended to contribute towards the achievement of savings
targets by April 2021.
