This is a proposal for the creation by order
of public footpath rights in Soberton, under Section 26 Highways
Act 1980. The proposed footpath is 2 metres wide, running
south-west of Huntbourne Farm and outbuildings.

It is also proposed that the authority is given for an
extinguishment order under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 for
that part of Soberton Footpath
18 running through the grounds and barns of Huntbourne
Farm.
