That a traffic order be implemented under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will
be to revoke a length of 40 miles per hour speed limit on that
length of A27 Providence Hill/Oakhill/Bridge Road so as to allow a
30mph speed limit by way of a prescribed system of street lighting
between a point 45 metres north-east of its junction with
Portsmouth Road and a point 30 metres south-east of the
south-eastern kerb line of Old Bridge House Road.
