Decision

RESOLVED that:
 
A   
Cabinet noted and endorsed the programme of work
being undertaken to transform HTS, improve service performance and
deliver better value for money from HTS services.

 
B   
Cabinet approved the next steps in that
transformation as set out in paragraphs 14 to 21 of the report and
approves the formal decisions required to implement those next
steps.

 
C   
Delegation be given to the Executive Director, in
consultation with the Leader of the Council, to implement those
next steps.
