Adopted the revised Churchgate Street Conservation
Area boundary, set out at Appendix C to this report.

Approved the making (drafting) of the Churchgate
Street Article 4 Direction set out at Appendix D to this
report, and approves commencement of
associated notification period.

Approved a consultation on the draft Management Plan
and Guidance document (MPG) for a six-week period.
