RESOLVED that Cabinet:
 
A    
Approved an increase in the repairs and maintenance
budget of £1,456,964 which reflects the
increased demand for day-to-day repairs and the numbers of empty
homes that require works before being relet.

 
B    
Noted that the deferred 2025/26 increase sum of 3%,
is now being made available to HTS.
