RESOLVED that:
A
Approval is given to award the contract for the Fire Safety and
External Refurbishment Works at The Stow to Durkan Limited for the
total sum of £701,779.36 + VAT, in accordance with the
Procurement Act 2023 for below-threshold works contracts.
B
Approval is given to award the contract for the Fire Safety and
External Refurbishment Works at Little Cattins to Durkan Limited
for the total sum of £1,361,504.37 +
VAT, in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 for
below-threshold works contracts. The contractor will be engaged
using the JCT Intermediate Building Contract (2024) with
Contractor’s Design, and the Council’s standard
Schedule of Amendments.

Approval is given to award the contract for the Fire Safety and
External Refurbishment Works at Spencer’s Croft to Chas
Berger Ltd for the total sum of £777,744.33+ VAT, in
accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 for below-threshold works
contracts.

That approval is given to award the contract for the Fire Safety
and External Refurbishment Works at Blackbush Spring to Chas Berger
Ltd for the total sum of £479,677.82 +
VAT, in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 for
below-threshold works contracts.
