RESOLVED that:

That the valuations of land in confidential appendices B, C and D
be noted.

The Council exercises its statutory powers to appropriate the land
at 11 Perry Road, known as Stape Tye Depot; 96 Potter Street, known
as Potter Street Neighbourhood Office; No. 2 Elm Hatch, the former
Hummingbird pub site and garages 44-52, Waterhouse Moor known as
collectively as ‘Elm Hatch’ for the purpose of Part II
of the Housing Act 1985; and
C
Approval be granted for all the necessary actions to be undertaken
to affect the appropriation of land listed in this report under
section 122 of the Local Government Act 1972.
