RESOLVED that Cabinet recommended to
Full Council that it:

Note and consider the Mid-Year Review of the Treasury Management
Strategy covering the period of 31st March –
30th September 2025, as set out in Appendix A to the
report.

Note that between 31st March and 30th September 2025,
the council’s total borrowing was reduced by £22.5
million.

Note that between 31st March and 30th September 2025,
the council’s investments increased from £13.2 million
to £20.4 million, an increase of £7.2 million, with an
income return of £4.18 million.

September 2025, there was a reduction of net borrowing of
