RESOLVED that Cabinet:

A     Approved the new Housing Repairs and Maintenance Policy as set out in Appendix A to the report with it coming into effect from 1 October 2026.

B     Noted the tenant and leaseholder consultation process and the way that the consultation has informed the policy.
