RESOLVED that Cabinet:

A     Noted the performance update and associated Improvement Action Plans.

B     Noted that the forecast financial position as of August (period 5) of 2026/27 financial year.

C     Endorsed the revised strategic risk register that aligns to Building Harlow’s Future.

D     Noted the ongoing work, as part of Building Harlow's Future, to continually improve the presentation and content of the performance dashboards and strategic risk register so that they focus on what matters most, provide meaningful insight into the council's performance and risks, and give Cabinet and the public clear, accessible and useful information.
