Decision

RESOLVED that Cabinet recommended to Council that Council:

A     Adopts the updated terms of reference for the Development Management Committee set out in Appendix A to the report.

B     Adopts the consequential amendments to the constitution set out in Appendix B to the report.

C     Adopts the Development Management Operational Protocols and Standards document (DM OPS) set out in Appendix C to the report.

D     Notes that the constitution contains a power that the Monitoring Officer may use to make any further consequential amendments that may be required to the constitution to give effect to the proper implementation of the 2026 Regulations and/or to ensure the clear and proper functioning of the constitution in respect of the same.

E     Notes that the constitution contains provisions in respect of the amendment of OPS documents as required from time to time, which will include the DM OPS set out in Appendix C to the report.
