RESOLVED that Contracts are entered into with Champions UK Plc and ADS Events and Promotions Ltd for as detailed in the report.

Reasons for the decision

To provide musical performance and Hosting for Sunday Night at the Musicals and to provide warm up support for the Harlow Town Show 2026 to contribute towards a "landmark programme of events”.

Alternative options considered

Procurement of acts could have been outsourced to an intermediary programming agent who would take commission, however the control over type and quality of act would be less and there is significant expertise in this type of entertainment within the staffing team.
