RESOLVED that contracts are entered into for a total of £ 59,500.

Reasons for the decision

To provide musical performances for the Harlow Town Show 2026 to contribute towards a "landmark programme of  events”.

Alternative options considered

Procurement of acts could have been outsourced to an intermediary programming agent who would take commission, however the control over type and quality of act would be less and there is significant expertise in this type of entertainment within the staffing team.
