Decision

RESOLVED that Cabinet:

A     Noted the significant progress being made in delivering the 2026/27 Building Harlow’s Future programme, comprising 68 outcomes and 389 projects and workstreams, with the overwhelming majority on track and being delivered as planned.

B     Endorsed the strengthened delivery, assurance and accountability arrangements now operating across Building Harlow’s Future, including the Master Delivery Plan, Mission Assurance Panels, fortnightly Portfolio Holder oversight and integrated performance, financial and risk management.

C     Agreed that, from October 2026, Cabinet receives monthly dashboard reporting on Building Harlow’s Future, providing oversight of progress across all six missions and highlighting by exception those projects requiring intervention, decisions or additional assurance.
