Council, as set out at Appendix B to this report.

Adopted the SPD as set out at Appendix A to this
report.

Delegated authority to the Assistant Director - Planning & Environment,
in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holder and equivalent
Officer(s) and Member(s) at Epping Forest District Council, to make
any minor or inconsequential amendments to the SPD arising from
matters discussed and agreed at Cabinet or at Epping Forest
District Council’s Cabinet.
