RESOLVED
that Cabinet agreed:
 
A   
To formally publish the Infrastructure Funding
Statement in accordance with The Community Infrastructure Levy
(Amendment) (England) (No.2) Regulations 2019.

 
B   
The risks identified under paragraph 16 of the
report and will work within their respective areas to identify
suitable projects in line with the Head of terms attached to the
S106 agreement.
