Education and Children's Services Scrutiny Sub-Committee

The Education and Children's Services Scrutiny Sub-Committee examines and reviews matters concerning children's social care, education, and well-being in Harrow. It scrutinises services for children and young people, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, and youth services. The committee also reviews external inspections and reports, and oversees statutory external providers of children's services, such as the ICB and commissioning bodies. It also reviews transition provisions for young people.
