The Constitution

Please note that the Constitution is periodically republished when updates are made. To view the latest version, select the most recent date in the list.  Sections within the Constitution are updated at different times and indicate as such at the bottom of the pages of each section.   The Constitution sets out the principles, rules and protocols for the way in which the Council conducts its business.
