The Cabinet of Harrow Council approved recommendations on 16 September 2025. The Cabinet noted progress on scrutiny projects, including the North West London Joint Overview and Scrutiny Committee and the Mount Vernon Cancer Centre Joint Overview and Scrutiny Committee. The Cabinet noted that the North West London JHOSC will amend its Terms of Reference to clarify its remit.
